BBQ Pulled Chicken

Hey guys! Today's recipe is something I came up with when I was tired of making the same chicken recipes. Now one thing about me is I like to make things that are fast & easy! The less time & ingredients, the better! So here's a recipe that is just that!



1 large package of boneless skinless chicken breasts (mine had 5 breasts)

1 18oz bottle of BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)

2 (4ct) package of Kings Hawaiian hamburger buns

Seasonings (use as much or as little as you want!)



Smoked Paprika

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning



Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a baking dish, place all the chicken breasts closely together, so they're all touching. Season with all the seasonings listed above, as I said, use as much as you want! Then, cover the chicken with foil & place in the oven for 1 hour. When the chicken is cooked & the juices are running clear, transfer the chicken to a large mixing bowl & shred all the chicken with 2 forks, this is how you will get a good shredded texture & you won't burn your fingers or hands! Once your chicken is completely shredded, add the whole bottle of BBQ sauce & mix well! Warm up your buns a little in the microwave & serve! I like to serve this with BBQ baked beans & a fresh green salad! Easy, right?! I hope you all enjoy & HAPPY COOKING!
