Hello, Gorgeous!

Welcome to my blog. I document my life while running in heels, as well as giving you style, beauty, food, literary findings and a few laughs along the way.

Hope you have a nice stay!

Taco Soup

2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
1 can Olives
1 can corn
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can southern Ranch beans
2 packets Ranch dressing
1-2 packets Taco seasoning
1lb ground beef

- Season ground beef with salt,  pepper and onion powder liberally.  Once meat is browned drain any excess fluid

-Open and drain all the canned items EXCEPT the tomatoes and Ranch beans

-Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the Olives. Stir until well blended. Add both Ranch season packets and Taco seasoning to your liking( I used 2)

- Blend well and set your stove to medium heat. Let cook for 15-20 minutes until all ingredients are warm.  During the last 5 minutes of cooking add Olives (my son hates Olives so I add mine to my own bowl) - Serve with a dollup of sour cream and chips for scooping

*you can use any variety of beans.  In the past I've used Pinto and it tasted fine.  You can also sub ground turkey.
