What You'll Need:
- 3 bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 gloves minced garlic
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Black pepper
- Granulated garlic
- McCormick Perfect Pinch Asian(optional) or use ground ginger.
Heat oil over skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion, bell peppers, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken and season liberally. Cook for an additional 13-17minutes until chicken is finished and vegetables are cooked.
If you like your veggies slightly crunchy remove them while the chicken cooks. I like mine very soft so I keep them in the whole cooking time.
Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and honey and stir it all together. Cook for an additional 1-3 minutes and serve over rice.
